SPR# RMAS5YYLV6 - Fixed a problem where the client could not properly use the OS time zone settings if the machine was not set to use DST. The standard workaround is to use the location document to manually set the time zone. However, if the client is in a locale that does not observe DST (e.g. Indiana), this causes the OS clock to be set one hour earlier every time Notes is launched. This regression was introduced in 6.0 and fixed in 6.0.5 and 6.5.4.
